This notice describes information handled through motenzawrap.com and the communications used to answer its enquiries. Motenza Holding LLC operates the website under the Motenza Custom Wrap brand. References to Motenza, we or us mean Motenza Holding LLC. Our contact details appear below. Social platforms and other websites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices.

Information you provide

The quote form asks for your first and last name, phone number, email, requested service and vehicle or vessel details. You may add project notes. We also record the form language, submission time, contact permission and a request identifier to handle the enquiry and prevent duplicate submissions.

Please provide only information needed for your project. Do not enter payment card details, passwords, government identification numbers or sensitive personal information in project notes. The website does not take online payments or offer customer accounts.

Technical information and essential storage

Hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser/device information, requested URLs and security challenge results. The enquiry system uses keyed hashes of IP addresses and email addresses for abuse prevention; its rate-limit table does not store a raw IP address.

After a successful submission, an encrypted first-party cookie keeps your first name available for the separate confirmation screen for 30 minutes. It does not put your name or contact details in the page URL. Cookie details and browser controls are explained in our Cookie Policy.

Why we use the information

We use enquiry information to understand your project, contact you, prepare a quote, send a confirmation, keep a record of the conversation and manage an agreed project. Technical information supports delivery, troubleshooting, fraud prevention and security. We may retain or disclose relevant records when required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

The form authorizes a response about your request by phone, text or email. It does not authorize an advertising subscription. You can ask us to use a different contact method or stop further optional follow-up. The current website does not use enquiry data for advertising audiences, sell it, or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Who processes the information

Authorized studio personnel and service providers receive the information needed to handle the request. The website uses Vercel for hosting and bot protection, Neon for enquiry storage, Resend for transactional email, and a Google-hosted business mailbox for studio correspondence. Email delivery records include sent, delivered, bounced or failed status. Open and click tracking is disabled for our sending domain.

The Instagram links open the owner’s external profile. The photographs displayed in that card are hosted on our website; the card is not an embedded Instagram feed. Calls, texts and visits to external services are handled by your chosen apps and their providers as well as the studio.

Retention and security

Retention depends on whether a request becomes a project, the ongoing conversation, applicable recordkeeping obligations and any dispute or security need. There is no universal automatic deletion period for enquiry records. You may ask us to review or delete information that is no longer needed; legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping needs may limit deletion. Copies in email systems and provider backups are handled separately from the website database.

We use HTTPS, authenticated access to service accounts and an encrypted database connection. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. The confirmation cookie expires after 30 minutes; removing it does not delete the enquiry. Rate-limit entries older than one day are cleared during subsequent successful enquiry processing.

Your privacy choices

Use the contact section below to request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information, or to change your contact preferences. Tell us which request you mean and a way to reply. We may ask for proportionate verification before releasing or changing records; do not send identity documents unless we agree on a suitable method.

Rights to restrict processing, object, obtain a portable copy or complain to a regulator depend on the law that applies to you. We will assess requests under applicable law and explain any limitation. Where applicable, processing may rely on steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests such as service administration and security, or consent for a separately optional purpose. Withdrawing consent does not undo earlier lawful processing.

Location, children and updates

Motenza serves customers from Florida. Our hosting, database, email and support providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. A translated website does not mean that information stays in your country. Contact us about applicable transfer arrangements before sending information that requires special handling.

The website is intended for people arranging vehicle or marine services, not children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it. We update this notice when the website or its data handling changes and show the revision date above.
