These terms cover motenzawrap.com and its enquiry tools, operated by Motenza Holding LLC under the Motenza Custom Wrap brand. References to Motenza, we or us mean Motenza Holding LLC. If you disagree with these terms, you should stop using the website and contact the studio for assistance. A separate written project agreement governs installation, payment and other service-specific terms.

Enquiries and appointments

Submit accurate contact and vehicle details and only information you are entitled to provide. A saved-request screen or confirmation email means the enquiry was received for review. It is not an accepted quote, appointment reservation, installation authorization or promise of availability. The studio confirms the scope and scheduling separately.

You must be the vehicle or vessel owner or authorized to discuss and commission the work. Tell the studio about lease, finance, fleet or other approval requirements before work is agreed. Do not use the form to make an urgent or safety-critical report.

Starting prices and project changes

Published prices are starting prices in US dollars for the stated scope. The final quote depends on the vehicle or vessel, film, coverage, surface condition, preparation, removal, disassembly and design work. Additional work and any applicable taxes or charges must be addressed in the quote. A website price is not an authorization to charge you.

The 10% owner-DM offer is discussed through the linked Instagram profile. Confirm the eligible project scope, discount and final price before booking. The website does not automatically apply or combine discounts. Ask for written confirmation of any change to an agreed scope or price.

Before you approve work

Agree the chosen material, coverage, finish, preparation, timing, payment schedule and care instructions with the studio. Deposits, cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions should be stated in the project agreement before payment. This website does not impose a fixed deposit percentage, cancellation charge or blanket no-refund rule.

Surface condition, repainting, existing damage and previous installations can affect preparation, adhesion and removal. Discuss these details during the project assessment. Any material or workmanship warranty must be identified in the written project terms; general website descriptions do not establish a particular warranty duration or manufacturer certification. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

Colors, photographs and the 360° studio

Screen settings and lighting affect color, gloss and texture. Photography and interactive finishes help you explore a direction; they are not physical film samples or a promise of an exact match. Confirm the actual material before approval. A design shown on the website does not establish that the exact vehicle, project or product is available.

Vehicle names identify the depicted models. They do not imply manufacturer endorsement or affiliation. Third-party artwork and 3D assets remain subject to their respective licences, including the model attribution linked from the footer.

Content and materials you share

Website text, layouts, branding and media are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may browse and share links for legitimate personal or business enquiries. Reusing protected material requires permission unless a licence or applicable law permits it.

If you send a logo, artwork or reference, you must have authority to share it for project assessment and any agreed production. Sending material for a quote does not by itself transfer your ownership or authorize publication of your personal information or vehicle photographs in our marketing.

Responsible use and external services

Do not submit false enquiries, impersonate someone, upload malicious content, attack the website, bypass security controls or use it to infringe another person’s rights. We may restrict abusive access. The website contains external links, including Instagram; those services have separate terms and availability.

We aim to keep information useful and current, but the website may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Confirm project-critical information directly with the studio. General guides do not replace instructions for the selected material or a vehicle-specific inspection.

Questions, rights and revisions

Contact the studio about website errors, access problems or a disagreement. Provide enough information for us to understand the issue without sending unnecessary sensitive data. Applicable consumer rights remain in place. These website terms do not introduce mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a restriction on remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.
