Roof wraps
A contrasting roof can visually connect the windshield and rear glass. The first decision is where painted roof ends and glass, rubber, rails or pillars begin.

How to make the decision
Inspect the antenna base and any roof accessories. Compare a roof-only treatment with pillars included; they create different silhouettes. Approve the border from above as well as from street level.
What to avoid
Wrapping glass or textured trim is a separate compatibility question. A roof wrap does not automatically include pillars or rails.
Map the roof as separate surfaces
Distinguish painted roof panels from glass, rubber seals, antennas, rails and a sunroof opening. A roof wrap does not mean applying vinyl across every object above the cabin. Send an overhead photo and identify the painted areas you want changed so the scope can be assessed around the actual equipment.
Choose the transition at the pillars
Decide whether the new finish ends at the roof edge or continues into selected pillars. Compare the view from the front and rear, not only from above. A two-tone effect depends on the original paint and trim; a sample alone cannot show how the full roof line will read.
Discuss future roof maintenance
If rails, an antenna or other roof equipment may need service, explain that before installation. Ask how the proposed film edges relate to removable components and what assessment would be needed after later work. Obtain care instructions for the selected finish rather than treating gloss, matte and textured films alike.

Prepare your project
Send elevated roof views, antenna details and photos with any removable rack taken off.
A clearer project brief
- Vehicle and starting surface
- Record make, model, year and body style. Identify repaired or repainted panels, existing film and surface treatments. Include close photos of damage rather than hiding it behind a finish reference.
- The result you want
- Separate the appearance goal from the coverage goal. Name the surfaces that should change and the original details you want to keep. A reference image describes a direction; a selected physical material defines the product.
- The boundary of the work
- Ask for covered panels, visible edges, disassembly and exclusions in writing. Identify preparation and removal as separate tasks. Two proposals become comparable when their material and surface boundaries match.
- Before you approve
- Keep the final version of the scope, product reference and any artwork proof. Confirm timing directly before arranging transport. Ask for the exact care instructions and a contact route for questions after handover.
Discuss your project
Scope, material and installation dates are confirmed with the studio. An inquiry does not reserve an appointment.
