Wrapping a car with cameras, sensors and powered trim
Plan vinyl or PPF around camera lenses, parking sensors, charging doors and powered components without treating every vehicle as identical.

Modern vehicles need a model-specific installation plan. Cameras, sensors, seals and moving parts should not be treated as ordinary painted panels. Confirm the vehicle's equipment and manufacturer guidance before deciding where film can go.
Inventory the equipment
Identify camera lenses, parking sensors, charging doors, powered handles and any trim that moves automatically. Model year and equipment can change the layout. Use photographs of the actual car rather than assuming an online template covers every configuration.
Keep visibility and movement clear
Do not cover camera lenses or obstruct component travel. Sensor-area treatment should follow the vehicle and material guidance; there is no universal promise that every sensor works normally through every film. A neat-looking wrap is not a substitute for functional checks.

Agree on disassembly and responsibility
Discuss which parts may be removed, who handles them and whether manufacturer procedures are needed. If a component requires specialist work, plan it explicitly rather than making it an assumption inside a color-change quote. Document pre-existing warnings or faults before installation.
Check the car at handover
Review camera views, relevant alerts and operation of handles, doors and charging access. Follow the vehicle's prescribed checks; a quick visual inspection cannot certify every driver-assistance function. Motenza can scope complex work around the actual vehicle and the approved coverage.
Before your next step
- List the equipment on the actual vehicle.
- Keep lenses, seals and moving clearances unobstructed.
- Document pre-existing faults and handover checks.
