Window tint bubbles or dust: how to tell what needs review
Document haze, pockets, specks and edge changes after window tinting without damaging the film or assuming every mark will dry away.

Fresh tint may change appearance while drying, but not every visible mark is moisture. Location, shape and change over time help the installer assess it. Avoid pressing or puncturing the film while you document the problem.
Inspect with useful lighting
Look from inside and outside in soft daylight. Take one image of the whole window and one close view. Strong reflections can make a harmless shadow look like a defect, while a very tight crop removes the context needed to locate the area.
Record how the mark changes
Note the installation date and whether a hazy patch becomes smaller. A fixed speck, crease or lifting edge may require a different assessment. Do not apply a universal rule that every bubble is normal or that all moisture must disappear within the same period for every film and climate.

Leave the surface alone
Needles, razor blades, rubbing and heat can damage film or glass components. Keep to the installer's window-use and cleaning instructions. If a defect affects the driver's visibility, contact the installer promptly and use the vehicle only when visibility is safe.
Ask for a specific review point
Agree when photographs or an in-person check will be useful. Keep the product name and window location with your images. If replacement is proposed, confirm which piece of glass is involved and the renewed care restrictions. Motenza can assess the condition rather than diagnosing every mark from a generic label.
Before your next step
- Take whole-window and close photographs.
- Record whether the mark changes.
- Do not puncture or heat the tint.
