Food-truck wrap design: keep the menu and brand readable
Design food-truck graphics around serving windows, changing menus, queue positions and a clear brand message without overcrowding the vehicle.

A food truck needs to communicate differently to a passing driver and a customer in line. Put durable brand information in the wrap and plan changeable menu details separately. The design must work with the serving window open, not only in a closed-truck rendering.
Map the customer-facing side
Locate the serving hatch, counter, doors, vents and equipment before placing graphics. Check where customers stand and which panels remain visible during service. Avoid making an essential word disappear when a door opens or a queue blocks the lower body.
Create a clear message hierarchy
Lead with the business name and a concise description of the food. A few strong images or a restrained graphic system are easier to read than many small photographs. Keep contact information large enough for its intended viewing distance rather than squeezing everything onto one panel.

Separate fixed graphics from changing information
Prices, specials and seasonal items may change faster than the vehicle wrap. Consider a separately replaceable menu surface or a digital menu link with a readable written alternative. Discuss cleaning, access and the material suitable for that surface.
Approve the design in operating conditions
Review the proof with windows and doors both open and closed. Check the actual branding files and every contact detail. Motenza can help plan the wrap around the vehicle, while menu content, required business information and operating needs should be confirmed before production.
Before your next step
- Check the serving configuration, not only the parked view.
- Keep changing prices separate from permanent branding.
- Proofread contact details at realistic scale.
