Plan a fleet-wrap rollout with less downtime
Coordinate vehicle availability, artwork approval, inspection and installation so a fleet rebrand does not interrupt every route at once.

A fleet rollout is a scheduling project as well as a graphics project. Separate design approval from vehicle availability, inspect units before their slot and work in manageable batches. The schedule should reflect the fleet's actual operating needs.
Create a vehicle-by-vehicle inventory
Record make, model, year, body configuration, existing graphics and paint condition. Similar vans can have different doors, wheelbases or accessories. Photographs and measurements prevent one approved design from being assumed suitable for every unit.
Freeze artwork before the first slot
Confirm logos, contact information, panel layouts and required identifiers. Approve a proof for each relevant body type. Late changes can affect printing and installation, so assign one person who can consolidate feedback and authorize the final version.

Stagger the installation window
Choose an order based on service routes and spare-vehicle availability. Allow for old-graphic removal, preparation and inspection instead of treating installation as the only downtime. Confirm handover and care restrictions before returning each vehicle to normal washing or operation.
Use the first unit as a practical check
Review readability, color relationships and the appearance with doors open before the next batch. Keep artwork versions and material records organized for future replacement panels. Motenza can discuss a phased fleet project; the timetable should be agreed around vehicle condition and availability.
Before your next step
- Inventory every body configuration.
- Approve artwork before scheduling production.
- Keep a record for repeat orders and panel repairs.
