Repair a panel or re-wrap?
A damaged panel is a material and matching question as well as an installation question.
Identify the current film.
If you have the material name, original proposal or offcuts, share them. Similar color descriptions do not establish that two films are the same product.
Review the surrounding finish.
A new panel needs to be assessed beside the film already on the vehicle. Ask how the studio will evaluate the visual match instead of assuming a replacement will be invisible.
Separate damage from decoration.
Film replacement and body or paint repairs are different tasks. Clarify what needs to happen underneath before a new finish can be planned.
